About the Role

A DevOps Engineer with experience deploying Agentforce and Data360 (formerly Data Cloud) specializes in implementing AI-driven, data-centric Salesforce architectures. They need to manage the full application lifecycle (ALM) of intelligent agents, ensuring that components like Prompt Templates, Topics, Functions, and Data Streams are properly versioned, tested, and promoted across environments.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

Advanced English

Agentforce Deployment & Lifecycle (ALM): Managing Agentic AI lifecycles using tools like Salesforce CLI and DevOps Center, ensuring interdependent components—such as Generative AI planners, plug-ins, and prompts—are deployed together securely.

Data360/Data Cloud Integration: Configuring and deploying Data Spaces, Data Streams, Data Model Objects (DMOs), and Identity Resolution rules, often using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles to ensure environment consistency.

CI/CD Pipeline Automation: Building automated pipelines to move metadata from development sandboxes to production, reducing manual intervention and improving deployment speed.

Testing and Validation: Implementing automated testing, including using Agentforce Testing Center and AI evaluation definitions to validate performance, accuracy, and security before go-live.

Monitoring and Governance: Setting up monitoring for agent performance, ensuring data governance, and implementing security controls for RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks and vector database integrations.

Core Tools and Technologies

Salesforce Native: DevOps Center, Salesforce CLI, Salesforce DX, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Third-Party DevOps: Gearset, Git-based version control.

Data & AI: Data Cloud/Data360, Einstein Copilot, Vector Database, RAG.

Location: Argentina/Mexico/Brazil (100% Remote)

Duration: 6 -12 Months
