About the Role
Bydrec is seeking a UAT Order Management Lead for a short-term assignment to support User Acceptance Testing and/or operational backfill for Order Management processes. This role requires strong subject matter expertise (SME) in Order Management, hands-on experience with SAP, and the ability to work closely with both IT and business teams. The ideal candidate will have operational experience in order-to-cash processes and the flexibility to either execute testing activities under business SME guidance or temporarily backfill operational tasks during project execution.Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support UAT activities for Order Management processes, including test planning, execution, and defect management.
- Collaborate with business SMEs and IT teams to ensure test coverage aligns with clients operational requirements.
- Execute test scripts and validate system functionality against business processes.
- Provide clear documentation of test results and escalate issues for resolution.
- If required, backfill operational tasks in Order Management to maintain business continuity during project phases.
- Act as a liaison between IT and business teams, translating technical requirements into business context.
- Ensure compliance with client testing standards and governance.
Required Skills & Experience
- Advanced English
- Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on professional experience in Order Management and Order-to-Cash processes is required for consideration.
- Strong Order Management process expertise (Order-to-Cash lifecycle).
- Hands-on experience with SAP Order Management modules.
- Familiarity with UAT methodologies and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM).
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Highly Desirable:
- Operational experience in consumer goods or manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of clients regional business practices and compliance requirements.
- Local language skills and cultural awareness for effective collaboration.
- Ability to adapt between testing and operational roles as needed.
Location: Position is 100% remote. Candidates should be located in: Colombia, Costa Rica, Peru, Argentina, or El Salvador.
