Job Description

The Senior SDR will manage the full prospecting lifecycle for recruiting-focused nearshore augmentation deals. The role is data-driven, outbound-focused, and requires targeting US enterprises. Will report to a Sales & Business Development Director and receive hands-on coaching in outreach, A/B testing, and AI-first workflows.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and enrich ICP lists targeting Startups (Series A-D), SMEs, and Enterprise CXOs using tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, Ciro.
  • Execute multi-channel outbound cadences via email, LinkedIn, cold calls, powered by AI workflows.
  • Qualify and book discovery calls with decision-makers (CIOs, VPs, CTOs) using BANT or MOVE frameworks.
  • Collaborate on GTM playbooks and ABM experiments.
  • Mentor junior SDRs and contribute to team huddles reviewing wins/losses.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot and track key performance metrics.
  • Monitor US recruiting trends and provide market intelligence.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years B2B outbound sales experience in IT services or staffing/augmentation.
  • Hands-on GTM engineering and A/B testing experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo.
  • Expert in outbound tools: LinkedIn/Buzz/Respodi.io/HeyReach/Common Room/Amplemarket, Dialpad, Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead.
  • Experience qualifying SQLs using BANT or MOVE frameworks.
  • High-level English proficiency; Spanish/Portuguese a plus.
  • Hunter mentality, data-driven, AI-first approach.
  • Ability to generate at least 10 SQL meetings per month.
  • Based in LatAm (Mexico, Colombia, Argentina preferred), fully remote aligned to US Pacific/Eastern hours.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling to tech/staffing/recruiting leaders (Upwork, Robert Half, etc.).
  • 2+ years senior/lead SDR experience with nearshore/offshore models.
  • Familiarity with AI workflow automation tools (Lavender, AI-driven ABM platforms).
