This platform integrates role-based access control (Pundit), audit trails (PaperTrail), secure file handling, and multilingual support (12+ languages).
Responsibilities
- Build and enhance features across entities, pipelines, advanced search & filtering, activity timelines, deduping/merge, bulk actions, workflows, notes/tasks, and integrations (email/calendar, files, parsing, AI summarization, ATS)
 - Collaborate with Product, Design, and EM/Architects to deliver secure, scalable features
 - Maintain high test coverage with RSpec/Minitest
 - Ensure best practices for RESTful API design
 - Work with Git-based version control (GitHub or GitLab)

Must-Have Skills (Mid-Senior Level):
2+ years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails, delivering production-ready features in scalable applications.
Experience in PostgreSQL, including schema design, performance tuning, and query optimization.

Proven experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs, following best practices for security and performance.
Proficiency with Git-based workflows (GitHub or GitLab), including branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews.
Advanced English communication skills (B2+ or C1), both written and spoken, to effectively collaborate with a U.S.-based team.
Desired Skills (Nice to Have):
React for front-end development and integration with Rails backends.
Background job processing with Resque or Sidekiq.
Redis for caching and data storage.
Experience with PostgreSQL full-text and vector search implementations.
AWS S3 object storage for secure and scalable file handling.
