What we’re looking for:

1. You’re excited about AI and want to build things that push boundaries. An ideal candidate is someone who gets excited about the possibilities of LLMs, who thinks about these problems outside of work, and who wants to build products that feel like magic.

2. You’re sharp and can figure things out. We care way more about your ability to think through problems, learn quickly, and come up with creative solutions than we do about your specific experience.

3. You’re willing to do the work. Building something from scratch is hard and there are way more lows than highs. There will be late nights debugging weird AI behavior and plenty of unglamorous tasks. But when you ship something that customers love, all of it feels worth it. We need someone who’s up for that.

If you’re the right person for this role, you’re likely already:

• Building side projects with LLMs or experimenting with AI tools to solve problems in your own life

• A heavy user of Cursor or other AI coding tools to code faster and better

• Following AI/tech developments closely and have strong opinions about where technology is heading

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of full-stack engineering experience

• Proficiency with React and Python / Django

• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks like LangChain

• Experience working with databases
