  Job Description
  We are looking for 2 Senior IT Business Analysis Specialists to join our client’s team. This role will focus on Salesforce Fusion and Low-Code platforms, collaborating closely with key stakeholders to define requirements, oversee solution delivery, and support the full development lifecycle.

  Responsibilities

• Define and document business requirements in collaboration with key stakeholders and the product manager.

• Oversee the delivery of solutions developed on Low-Code platforms and validate QA testing results.

• Maintain up-to-date functional documentation throughout the full development lifecycle.

• Act as a functional specialist, assisting internal users in configuring and executing solutions on Low-Code tools.

• Analyze application usage data to identify patterns, optimization needs, and opportunities for new functionalities.

• Technical Requirements

  Must-Have Skills

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in corporate environments, preferably in digital transformation contexts.

• Knowledge and hands-on experience with Low-Code platforms such as:

  • OutSystems

  • Appian

  • Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)

  • Mendix

• Familiarity with Agile development practices and functional documentation.

• Ability to translate business needs into configurable solutions without traditional coding.

• Fluent English (oral and written), with strong skills in technical documentation and presenting to non-technical audiences.

• Desired Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Fusion or similar enterprise-level CRM solutions.
