Job Description

We are seeking a Project Technical Lead who is both a hands-on contributor and a team leader for enterprise technology projects involving Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and cloud integrations.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with leadership and project management skills: someone who can design, build, and troubleshoot solutions while guiding the team, managing client expectations, and ensuring successful delivery. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical execution and project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of enterprise projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality goals are achieved.

• Stay hands-on in solution design, data migration, custom development, integrations, and deployment.

• Translate business and technical requirements into actionable delivery plans.

• Coordinate and mentor cross-functional teams (architects, developers, consultants, testers, infrastructure leads).

• Manage technical solution delivery across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and Azure services.

• Oversee API integrations, cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps processes.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing technical guidance and regular updates.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, demos, retrospectives.

• Deliver and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment strategies.

Technical Requirements

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years in roles such as Project Technical Lead, Technical Lead, or Technical Project Manager, with proven hands-on contributions.

• Strong hands on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform architecture.

• Direct experience working hands on with:

  • Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)

  • Power Automate (workflow automation and approvals)

  • Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, and integrations

  • Microsoft Dataverse, SQL Server, and data migration tools

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and cloud deployment methodologies.

• Proficient with project management and collaboration tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Project, Teams).

• Solid understanding of QA lifecycle, release management, and UAT coordination.

• Advanced English (C1) communication skills (verbal, written, and client-facing).

Desired Skills

• Microsoft certifications (PL-200, PL-900, MB-910, AZ-900).

• PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with public sector or nonprofit projects.
