Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role requires a proactive, research-driven professional with a passion for finding new business opportunities. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments where outreach efforts directly impact growth. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to execute outbound campaigns effectively are essential.

This is a full-time remote position.


Responsibilities

  • Build targeted lead lists using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and online databases.

  • Execute outbound outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn.

  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales representatives.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to enhance pipeline quality.

  • Track activity and performance metrics using HubSpot CRM.

  • Conduct daily research on industries and trigger events to identify new business opportunities.


Technical Requirements


Must-Have Skills

  • 1+ years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or prospecting.

  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients.

  • Strong written and spoken English (B2+ level).

  • Familiarity with prospecting tools such as Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

  • Experience using HubSpot CRM.

  • Excellent research, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and highly detail-oriented.


Desired Skills

  • Experience with additional CRM and sales automation tools.

  • Knowledge of sales funnels and lead qualification frameworks.

  • Previous experience in IT services or staff augmentation industries.

  • Experience working in a startup environment.

  • Familiarity with U.S. business culture and sales strategies.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $950 USD/month + Commissions

  • Commissions: Performance-based (discussed during the hiring process)

  • PTO: 5 days (Year 1), 10 days (Year 2)

  • Holidays: U.S. holidays observed
