Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Developer with hands-on experience in SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will implement responsive Power Apps, automate business processes, and collaborate with remote teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Implement device-responsive Power Apps – Canvas and List forms.

• Provide end-to-end technical solutions and consulting for customers.

• Automate complex processes, including data transformations, email notifications, and approval workflows using Power Automate.

• Develop and maintain Model Driven Apps using Dataverse.

• Use multiple OOTB connectors with Power Apps and Power Automate, understanding their capabilities and limitations.

• Work with Microsoft 365 suite, ensuring adherence to security and best practices.

• Design dashboards and analytical reports using Power BI (desirable).

• Implement custom solutions in Modern SharePoint using Client-Side Object Model (CSOM), JSOM, REST API, Bootstrap, Fluent UI / Office UI Fabric (desirable).

• Follow Agile Scrum & SDLC methodologies in project execution.

• Communicate effectively, solve problems proactively, and demonstrate quick learnability and agility.

Technical Requirements:

Must-Have Skills:

• 3–5 years hands-on experience in SharePoint Online development.

• Strong experience in Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate).

• Experience with Dataverse and building Model Driven Apps.

• Experience in automating complex processes using Power Automate.

• Experience implementing device-responsive Canvas and List Power Apps.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 features, security, and best practices.

• Agile Scrum & SDLC methodologies.

Desired Skills:

• Power BI dashboard design and analytical reporting.

• Modern SharePoint development (CSOM, JSOM, REST API, Fluent UI, Bootstrap).

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and coordinate with remote teams.

• Quick learnability and agility in execution.
