About the Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst based in LATAM to support healthcare regulatory reporting and data initiatives. This is a fully remote contract role where you will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into accurate, reliable data and reports.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, collaborating with stakeholders, and contributing to meaningful healthcare projects.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and document regulatory reporting requirements
Analyze and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency
Work closely with stakeholders to clarify data and reporting needs
Support and coordinate report development activities

Required Skills & Experience

Intermediate SQL skills
Hands-on experience with Snowflake and data modeling (intermediate level)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience translating business requirements into clear technical documentation
Familiarity with healthcare data such as claims, authorizations, and provider data
English level B2+ or advanced C1 (spoken and written)

Nice to Have

Previous experience working with US healthcare data
Experience collaborating with remote, distributed teams
